- Do you work full-time or part-time as a Realtor®?
In order to give my clients top service, I work full-time.
2. Is your license in good standing?
Yes, of course. I worked hard to get my license. I am Professional and work
with the highest Integrity.
- How well do you know the Pasco County Area?
I moved to Pasco County in 2001. Before moving to the area, I traveled here
for over 25 years and watched the development of the county grow with neighborhoods
and commercial properties. I have sold both residential and
co mmercial properties, as well as investment properties from Tarpon Springs to
Homosassa to Land O’ Lakes to Lutz.
- Do you represent more than one client at a time?
Yes. However, as a full-time Realtor®, I treat each one as if he or she is my
only client.
- How much education and experience do you have in the Real Estate Business?
I received my Real Estate license in October, 2004 and immediately placed them with Peterman-Wall, Inc.
Completed 45 hour Post License in October 2005.
Completed 14 hour Continuing Education.
Attended the Michael Russer Mastery Summit in May, 2007
Completed the e-PRO and received a certificate. This is an extensive course on Web-Marketing & Learning to use the Web to better serve my clients.
I have two Point 2 Agent websites and, each week, I attend online workshops and seminars to keep up with how to better serve my clients.
Peterman-Wall, Inc. offers speakers bi-monthly for updates on today’s market,
today’s financing, today’s insurance issues, etc.

- Will you handle all aspects of my transaction, or will you delegate some tasks to sales associate or administrative assistant?
Yes, I will handle all aspects of the transaction. However, at Peterman-Wall,
Inc. we work together as a team and when needed, we call on each other to
assist with transactions. With that said, be assured that I will “keep on top” of
what is happening with your transaction.
7 . Can you provide me with the names and contact information for three recent clients from
whom I can request references?
Of course, will provide upon request.
8. How frequently will I hear from you?
I correspond by way of email, telephone, and fax to keep you informed of the status of your
transaction.
9 . What was the price range of the homes you helped your clients buy and sell last year?
$170k to 2.4 Million
10. When you take vacations, who will take care of my property or contracts?
When I take vacations, I follow up and keep in touch with you, your title company, your
insurance company, your lender, your home inspector, your termite inspector, etc. by way
of e-mails, faxes, and telephone. Also, as an extra precaution, I make sure my broker and
a partner Realtor® know everything about your purchase or sale. I make sure you
have contact telephone numbers, fax numbers, and email addresses for them.
