I want to take this opportunity to say "THANK YOU" for visiting, SkipTheOutfit.com. First and foremost, this site is designed for you. I welcome your feedback and your emails, as well as your interest in property, whether it is located inside or outside one of the nudist/clothing optional resorts, Paradise Lakes or Caliente.

Just a little about me. I have been a nudist for some 15 years and retired to Land O' Lakes from Georgia in 2001. It didn't take me long to realize there is only so much suntanning, shopping, and working-out I could do. Therefore, being an investor in real estate, I decided to become a real estate agent and just love it.

I have met so many wonderful people and made many, many friendships over my five years in business. Satisfying my clients and making sure they get the most for their money, if buyers, and the best price, if sellers, along with the most protection for both, buyers and sellers, in their real estate transactions, are my goals.

Bobbie Kerr, 66, of Land O' Lakes, Fla., didn't expect her investment property to sell so quickly. Despite the glut of similar homes on the market, her two-bedroom, one-bath condo conversion sold in three weeks for $117,900, just below her asking price of $122,000. She dropped the price to allow for a painting allowance to the buyer, she says. She credits her agent, Jackie Youngblood of Peterman-Wall Inc., for getting the house sold. The agent staged the condo, adding mirrors and baskets and making her closet look like one from a model home, and even brought a mortgage expert to the open house to lend advice on buying property with no or little money down. "Everyone was happy," Ms. Kerr says.
